Tantra Yoga

The aim of Tantra Yoga is to expand awareness in all states of consciousness, whether waking, dreaming or sleeping states. To accomplish this we need to reprograme ourselves. Our birth in a particular place and time gives us our primary programming, influenced by heredity and environment. If we are content with our livese we will see little need for change. But when we experience difficulties in life or begin to seek something beyond our limited programming we need a way to alter. Tantra Yoga provides the methodology and the tools for doing this.

Drawing on all the sciences, astronomy, astrology, numerology, ayurveda, psychology and more, Tantra yoga provides a practical means of realising the highest ideals of philosophy in daily life. Instead of separating and categorising the different areas of knowledge, Tantra draws them together. It provides a holistic approach to studying the universal from the point of view of the individual.
