HOTEL BOOKING TERMS
The availability and booking facilities on the www.allaboutyoga.co.uk website are provided by Starfish Luxury Travel Distribution Ltd.
1. Starfish Luxury Travel Distribution Ltd. (SF) acts solely as a booking agent for the hotel(s) it books. We neither represent individual hotels, nor make any warranties as to their suitability for your stay.
2. When you book a hotel through SF, occasionally SF may charge a separate booking fee for the work undertaken in researching and booking the hotel on your behalf. These fees are clearly marked where applicable, and once paid, are non-refundable.
3. Where payment or a deposit is due in advance to a hotel or to SF for accommodation, this will be advised at the time of booking, and will be itemised. Where full prepayments are made online to SF on behalf of the hotel, a maximum of 3% administration charge will be made, and where a credit card is used, a maximum of 3% credit card fee. This credit card fee will not apply to payments made with debit cards. For all bookings, SF will take a credit card number on behalf of the hotel to guarantee the reservation. In all cases, once the booking is confirmed, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that hotel’s cancellation policy. Where deposits or pre-payments are taken, these will be refunded on cancellation, less a 20 GBP cancellation fee. Where deposits are taken by the hotel, these are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
4. Hotel cancellation policies typically outline a period before check-in when cancellations will be subject to payment of a penalty. This period does not include the day of arrival, so, for example, a cancellation policy of '24 hours' means a reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before midnight of the day before arrival to avoid payment of a penalty. Similarly a cancellation policy of seven days means the booking must be cancelled by midnight of the first day of the month for a booking checking in on the 9th. Cancellations must be made by using the booking link supplied at time of confirmation, and then followed with an email or telephone call direct to the hotel.
5. Where bookings are not confirmed at the time of booking, for example where availability is shown 'on request', any availability offered by hotels in response to a request is on a provisional basis. Rooms are not held for clients pending acceptance of an offer by a client; availability and conditions can change between the making of the offer and its acceptance by the client; and hotels reserve the right to amend or reject bookings. To avoid disappointment, offers should be accepted as soon as possible after receipt if clients wish to make a firm booking, and you will be notified by email within 24 hours whether your booking has been successful. However, it is your responsibility to contact SF or the hotel direct if an email has not been received, because once a booking has been made with SF by entering your credit card details, whether confirmed or not, you are subject to the cancellation policy of that hotel. If your check-in date is within seven days of making a request booking, or if you plan to make travel arrangements based on your request booking within seven days, you are advised to contact the hotel direct to confirm. All About Yoga or SF cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings made at participating hotels.
6. All About Yoga endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on www.allaboutyoga.co.uk, however we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the hotel information published on the website. Hotel information, rates and availability are subject to change and hotel facilities can also alter. Actual review, experiences or opinions expressed are subjective.
7. You are advised to reconfirm your hotel booking two weeks before check-in, and to let the hotel know your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive after 18.00 hours, the hotel will need to be notified.
8. For your security, payments online are made through secure servers.
