The Venue

AKA Resort and Spa offers a luxury private villa retreat only five minutes from the centre of Hua Hin. The AKA Resort is inspired by an ancient hill-tribe known as the AKA. The AKA Resort is an exclusive all villa lakeside retreat. The resort's design is elegant and chic, blending traditional Thai with contemporary architecture. It's 55 one and two-bedroom guest villas are dotted around ten acres of verdant tropical landscape. Each villa offers a private infinity pool, sun deck terrace and open-air sunken bath. A variety of cuisine and dining options are provided - from the Coustiero restaurant offering contemporary elegance, modern European cuisine and views over the resort lake, to Cafe, Bar and Lobby facilities, to private villa dining with views on to private courtyard gardens offering a choice of menu style and cuisine.

Yoga

Yoga classes are provided at the resort by visiting instructors.

Spa

The Spa provides luxurious and relaxing Spa treatments and massages. There are also open-air treatment salas with outdoor sunken baths and garden shower enclosures.

Getting There

AKA Hotel Resort and Spa is 180 kilometers south of Bangkok and is 3 hours from Bangkok International Airport by chauffeur-driven limousine USD 100 (one way) or taxi. Arrange transfers with the hotel directly. AKA staff will meet you in the arrivals hall.

Hua Hin can also be reached by rail, coach and short commuter flight from Bangkok. A domestic flight by SGA Airlines (a 12-seat turbo-propelled Cessna Grand Caravan) approximately takes 40 minutes.

Private planes and jets can land at Hua Hin Airport with pre-arrangement.
